Privacy for missed-call recovery pilots.
Callback Desk is designed to collect only the information a service business needs to return a missed call.
What the pilot may collect
- Caller name or phone number
- Callback request details
- Preferred callback time
- Ticket status such as new, urgent, called, booked, or closed
What should not be collected
Do not collect payment card details, sensitive health information, legal details, passwords, government IDs, or other unnecessary sensitive data through SMS intake.
SMS
Production SMS flows should only text people who first called the business, identify the business clearly, and support opt-out requests such as STOP.
Data handling
This prototype stores demo data locally and in file-backed JSON when the local API is used. A production deployment should use Supabase with Row Level Security and clear retention rules.
